The Best of San Luis Obispo County

We have been growing Chardonnay on our historic Paragon Vineyard since 1973, showcasing the beautiful tropical flavors of this cool climate estate. Our rich, smooth Cabernet Sauvignon comes from the rugged terrain of Paso Robles just 30 miles to the north. Both wines are rich and delicious and speak to the unique diversity of San Luis Obispo County.

This is yet another classic Paragon Vineyard Chardonnay from Edna Valley – loaded with aromas of citrus and tropical fruit and moving beautifully into ripe, yet balanced, flavors of apple, pear, and pineapple.

Cabernet Sauvignon

It has been proven over time that Paso Robles is, hands-down, a stellar place to grow Cabernet Sauvignon. Sourced from premium vineyards in Paso Robles, this Cabernet is pure Paso – smooth and rich with distinct depth.

A limited production wine, our True Myth Reserve Cabernet represent the very best our vineyard has to offer. This lot is sourced from the very best lots of the vintage.

Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

The selection process first starts in the vineyard where the best blocks are identified. After the grapes are harvested and the wines are fermented and aging, the winemaking team will then hand-select each barrel for the final blend. Highlighting the superb qualities of Paso Robles Cabernet, this wine embodies the spirit of True Myth - intriguing and beautiful while honoring Mother Nature's bountiful gifts.

In addition to our line up of Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon, our winemaker crafts small lot, limited production Red Blend Wines to showcase the diversity of soils and climates of Edna Valley and Paso Robles.

Blends cool-climate Syrah from our estate and Grenache from warmer Paso Robles. This wine is smooth and full-bodied, with flavors of dark cherry and blackberry with a warm and subtle white pepper finish.
